Do I need a credit card to place an order?
We recommend the use of credit cards as the primary method of payment. This will ensure that payment is made immediately and we can start the process of facilitating your Australian internship.
If you prefer to pay by other methods such as direct deposit, cheque or cash, please contact us to discuss the options. Alternative payment methods are only available within Australia.
Placing International Orders
All purchases are performed in Australian dollars ($AUD). For your convenience, prices may be displayed in one or more international currencies. Prices displayed in international currencies (other than $AUD) are approximate and intended as a guide only. These prices will change in order to reflect changes in the currency exchange rates. When you place your order, irrespective of which currency is quoted, the transaction will be converted to Australian Dollars before processing.
Australian Experiential Learning Centre Pty Ltd does NOT perform exchange rate conversions. The financial institutions processing payments set actual exchange rates.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applicable for services provided/consumed in Australia in the form of a 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). All prices quoted include GST.

Refund Policy
Australian Experiential Learning Centre Pty Ltd (AELC) will refund to the credit card holder (as this may not be the applicant) all Program fees (minus Application Fee) when:
a) AELC are unable to secure an internship position prior to the intern departing from their home country.
b) The application is withdrawn by written notice and received by AELC more that 28 days prior to commencement of the Internship.
c) The Internship is terminated by the Host Company (internship employer) due to no fault of the Intern, and AELC cannot secure another internship within a period of 5 working days. Where this is the case, the intern is entitled to a pro-rata payment which is calculated on the remaining duration of the program minus the application fee.
