Our Program

If you’re looking for a phenomenal internship experience, we’ve got the program for you – whether you’re still studying or freshly graduated, from Australia or overseas.

As experts in our field, we know how to make the best of your internship! That’s why we’ve created a fresh program designed to optimise your experience.

Here’s what we’ve included, just for you:
Your own Internship SpecialistThis is your go-to guy (or gal) for your internship process. Your Internship Specialist will coordinate your internship for you and make it the best experience possible. They will also mentor you throughout the internship process; and can offer advice, reassurance, strategies, and help in dealing with workplace-related issues.

Get Set! Internship Preparation KitAll the information you need to prep for your internship experience, a Pre-Arrival Preparation Pack (with travel tips) and an Internship Survival Guide.

Professional Personality ProfileHave you ever wondered why relating to some people seems easier than with others? Your Professional Personality Profile is an individual assessment that will help you to understand your workplace motivations, priorities and preferences, and assist you in connecting with colleagues whose personality may differ from yours.

Career CoachingDuring your internship, you will have two Career Coaching sessions with a qualified Career Coach. Your first Coaching session is based on understanding your Professional Personality Profile and integrating yourself into the workplace. Later, your Career Coach will assist you in developing your very own Career Map, to set you up for your future.

Workplace Navigation TrainingIt’s lucky for us that we have one of Australia’s leading workplace etiquette specialists, Tracey Hodgkins, as our CEO. It’s lucky for you too, because she has developed exclusive workplace etiquette training just for our interns. You’ll complete this training module prior to starting your internship.

Internship OrientationGet off on the right foot with your host organisation with a pre-internship orientation. Meet your supervisors, familiarise yourself with the workplace and prepare for the first day of your internship.

Occupational Health and Safety TrainingIn any workplace Occupational Health and Safety is a big deal, and it’s the responsibility of everyone there to maintain a safe environment. Impress your future employers with training in this key area.

Professional Development PortfolioTake home the fruits of your internship in your Professional Development Portfolio, which includes a professionally written resume, references from your host organisation, a Certificate of Attainment, your Professional Personality Profile, and your custom Career Map.
