They will also mentor you throughout the internship process; and can offer advice, reassurance, strategies, and help in dealing with workplace-related issues.

Professional Personality ProfileHave you ever wondered why relating to some people seems easier than with others? Your Professional Personality Profile is an individual assessment that will help you to understand your workplace motivations, priorities and preferences, and assist you in connecting with colleagues whose personality may differ from yours.
Career CoachingDuring your internship, you will have two Career Coaching sessions with a qualified Career Coach. Your first Coaching session is based on understanding your Professional Personality Profile and integrating yourself into the workplace.
